Holidays has many activities for both teachers and students. So, drop in and take a look around.
People from all over the world remember the magic and wonder
that L.Frank Baum created in his classic the Wizard of Oz. Many people, though, do not
know that Baum wrote many sequels and other children's stories. I have found one of those
sequels; Little Wizard Stories of Oz and have added its 6 chapters to the listening
section of John's ESL Community. Each chapter includes both the text and a sound file.

What's New at John's ESL Community
There are many new activities on John's ESL Community. Within the last week or so, I have added
several new listening activities. In addition to the LITTLE WIZARD STORIES OF OZ,
I have added a new listening activitiy about colors.

I have also fixed many broken links and adjusted the formating so there is a more
consistant look to the site regardless of the browser you are using.
I have also moved the Teacher's Websites to a seperate domain. They are now located
on Johnsesl.net, but you can still log into your account
from johnsesl.com.
Finally, I have redesigned the main landing page and am testing it using Google's
Analytics. If the results are promising, I will begin redesigning the entire site to look similar to this
page. What do you think? Drop me a line and let me know how I'm doing.
March 25,2009. Have been working franticlly tring to finish the redesign. I have just completed all the main pages of the
students side of the site. I am tring to get the subpages finished, but with a new semester starting next week, it may be awhile before I get
everything finished. Time to go back to work.
